i know a lot of people that are vegetarian, and their fine. trust me, your hair WILL NOT fall out! you'll be fine.

and make sure you're still eating enough protiens, just for your health.

iv heard of people hair falling out but that was because they didn't know what they got into and didn't know that you have to eat lots of beans and nuts and dark green veggies to keep your protein level normal and stuff like that so as long as you eat healthy then that shouldn't be a problem iv been a vegetarian for 2 years and i have all my hair

Anytime you have an unbalanced diet your hair can fall out. I was a vegetarian for many years and never had that problem. You just need to be serious about it, and make sure that you are still getting all the nutrients and vitamins you need. It is completely possible in most cases to have a perfectly balanced vegetarian diet.
