Who do I register with? I live in Goose Creek (Berkeley county), SC. Thank-You.

Ask the school system. Here we have to send a letter of intent to the head of the state school system. According to hslda you don't have to notify any one.

Here is a link showing who to notify. Make sure to document what you do, though, to show that you are completing your studies.  This can be done in a lesson plan book, an Excel spreadsheet, or a tracking software (like Homeschool Tracker or Edu-Track).  Here are the regs for South Carolina:
