I just started my period?

I started my period on Monday, and it's now Tuesday. i suppose it was quite a heavy flow on monday, i used 3 pads all with blood on it. it was a browish colour, but you could tell it was red aswell. and now today on tuesday i've hardly had anything, even through out the night! Also, my b***s aren't exactly what you would call developed lol, i'm not completely flat chested, im a 30AA (much to my sadness). i'm also 13, 14 in october. could this just be a warning that i'm going to start or was it an infection or have i already started? thank-you :]

  1. that's nice

  2. everyone's period is different. Some people won't experience any symptoms other will twitch like worms from what seems like low abdomen pain. Before i got my period i didn't feel anything. It was brown and heavy the first time. There were months where I'd have 2 periods with 15 day intervals between them - weird. So everyone is unique. Its probably not a false alarm. You definately have it. If you are not yet sexually active the only thing it can be is a period. There is nothing to fear i'm sure you've had the 'talk' with your mom or someone you trust. It will be irregular but as the years progress it will become less painful and heavy.

Relax for now and enjoys your life!!!!

  3. it is not likely to be an infection, so i wouldnt worry about that.

the brownish blood is just slow flowing blood and old blood, being cleaned out by the flow of our period.

it is hard to tell whether its a warning or your period, but i got that about a year/18months before i started. the only thing you can do is carry pads and pantyliners with you wherever you go, so that youre ready, as you probably know that periods can be irregular and unpredictable to begin with....

    much love xx

  4. Congratulations and welcome to womanhood :)

  5. i haven't started yet but its not always heavy the next day it will be lighter so you most likely started.

  6. You started, honey.

congrats, you're a woman....with a million irratable, long periods before you.

    The b***s will follow.
