I just started my period today and iw as planning on going swimming tommorow and i dont know what to do...?

learn to wear a tampon.

they're a million times more easier to wear, and you don't feel like you have a giant diaper. I only wear them, and I don't even notice i'm on my period.

You dont need to wear a tampon while you are swimming.  You normally wont bleed while in the water, but if you do the water will wash it away and no one will know.  The only thing you have to be careful about is when you are at of the water talking, doing dryland, or other things because you might bleed then.

Your period does NOT stop in the water. The pressure from the water may keep it from flowing outside the body, so it will build up. When you get out and the pressure is released, your flow will have to go somewhere. Unless you're wearing a tampon or menstrual cup, it could be very messy and embarrassing.
