I just started running/walking how often should I take my measurements and weigh myself?

I started running/walking 2 weeks ago and didn't take any measuements. I'm not sure what measurements I should be taking or how often. Also how often should I weigh myself

  2. If you are running or working out you would be building muscle and losing fat. Since muscle weights more than fat you might find that you are gaining a little bit of muscle weight. If you think you are looking thin and in shape than your fine. To me, weight is overrated. If you want to measure the difference a little more accurately, get a tape measure out every week or two.
