  1. Not everyone respondes to every medication the same. That is why there are many different medications that help with the same symptoms.

If you look at the prescription information about Wellbutrin it says "Call your doctor at once if you have any new or worsening symptoms such as: mood or behavior changes, anxiety, panic attacks, TROUBLE SLEEPING, or if you feel impulsive, irritable, agitated, hostile, aggressive, restless, hyperactive (mentally or physically), more depressed, or have thoughts about suicide or hurting yourself."

Your doctor will be able evaluate you to see if you need to start at a lower dose or change medication or if you haven't give Wellbutrin enough time to get into your system.

    Best Wishes!!!

  2. Some people respond differently to medications. If you experience this opposite reaction for more than 3 days, contact your doctor and have him/her prescribe you something different.

  3. Everyone's body reacts differently to medications, it's normal to have adverse effects.  I take an antidepressant as well, and it's supposed to do the same thing, but it's done the opposite for me too. I would suggest taking it at night, and if it starts to bother you, i'd call your doctor.
