I just submitted a $25 e-check for pokerstars. Why didnt it register on my pstars account?

This was my first deposit, I deposited about 2 hrs ago and still nothing. should it be taking this long?

You should've received a message in your email confirming the deposit.  If not, contact support.  Be sure to enter the code "poker-lobby.com" to receive the deposit bonus if it turns out the transaction was not successful.  Hope this helps.

the check will have to clear their financial department first, if it doesn't in a few more hours , contact them and give details. hope you have a receipt .

Did you get the message from the cashier that the deposit was successful?  You can contact the company who processes their e-checks and find out if it was successfully processed or denied in their system.  Their phone number will be on the email receipt you got from them, as they will issue you a receipt for the transaction, but it won't say anything about pokerstars, it'll have a name you don't recognise on, but it is them you need to contact.

i would email pokerstars support dept.  the first time i made an echeck deposit, it showed up instantly.
