I just swam in a chlorinated pool, any way to get damage out?

I don't know if literally less than 24 hours later i would have chlorine damage, but how to prevent/treat it?

help!!

  2. okay just rinse off, take a long shower, and be sure to wash your swim suit too. Its no big deal, its just chlorine.
