You should be fine.... However, you might get a stomachache from it.  As long as you don't make it a habit, you should be fine.

If you find that you have any nausea, vomiting, coughing up of blood, or if you faint, you should seek emergency care.

hmm...wlel.if you've done it only once, u should be ok...but ty not repeat it again..

If you do repeat it again, take two activated charcoal capsules...charcoal has an ability for absorbing things. and it should absorb the accidental dose!

Well, it is more than the label says but ibuprofen is available by prescription up to at least 600 mg.  I wouldn't make a habit of it but if this is an isolated incident, you should be fine.

yeah prescription strength goes up too 800mg.

So 4 is 800mg you just took prescription strength you'll be fine.

My doctor told me to take 4 regular ibuprofen to save money when I got hurt once.
