Tylenol (Acetaminophen) is VERY hard on your liver! but the good news is that your liver (providing it is healthy) can clear as much as 4000mg of Tylenol per day (24 hours.) But I would never push it pass 3000mg.myself.

It depends on what you took? Regular strength 325mg x 5 = 1650mg Extra strength 500mg x 5 = 2500mg. Tylenol Arthritis 650mg x 5 = 3200 puts you close to the edge Of my personal safe zone.

More people end up damaging their liver leading to liver transplants by abusing Tylenol then anything else!

BOTTOM LINE!, liver toxicity may occur following ingestion of greater than 7.5 to 10 g (ie, 24 regular-strength or 15 extra-strength caplets or tablets) over a period of 8 hours or less, THAT IS NOT YOU! Do yourself a favor and DON'T do it again. Your liver will thank you, you can't live without a liver!!
