I just took a quiz to see if i should vote for obama or mccain..?

it said i got an 85.92% for mccain

and a 84.08% for obama.

how helpful.

haha is that bad? does it mean i really don't know what i want?

because i feel like people are either really republican or really democratic haha?

I get 80% Obama, 78% McCain.  What's weird is I would actually expect McCain to be higher for me, but every one of these I've done Obama was higher.

It said I agreed with Obama 94% and McCain only 60% but sadly deer can't vote.

It tells you that people's politics aren't clearly defined by the issues.

I took the test ...  came out 87% for McCain and 72% for Obama.

Probably because I'm a Libertarian.

I doubt if anyone will test 100% for one candidate and 0% for the other.

Look at the details at the end of the test (be sure & take the whole test) and you can see where you differ from the candidates. The importance of the issues in question could make a difference in your vote.

And yes,  it's just one internet test. Don't take it too seriously.

No it does not mean that at all . That is a very close margin and the entire US is having the saame problem.

At least you did something to find out the better candidate . the Democrats either do not know how to read or simply pull an ostrich act when something comes up they do not want to hear .

Take several quizzes, don't rely on only one.  Look at the results, which issues agree with each candidate.  I'm sure that just like any other voter, some issues are more important to you than others.  Go with the one you agree with on the issues that are the most important to you.  Also take a look at their Congressional records, campaign tactics, and the way they conduct themselves along the campaign trail.  You'll know who you support in no time.  In the general election, it doesn't matter which party you align with - go with the candidate you feel is the better choice.  It might be close %'s for you, too, because there are some issues that Obama & McCain have similar opinions on.

For the person who spouted off the above c**p..did you even look at the quiz??  It bases your answers on what each candidate feels about each of the issues.  I think it was a good quiz and very informative.

It gives you a chart at the end telling you where you stand and where each candidate stands.  I think this is way more helpful than the news.  Do YOU watch the news?? It can be more biased than anything else!!!

Usually those kinds of quiz give more differentiated results... I can't imageine getting such close scores for such different people....
