I just took a second job in the meat department at a Kroger. Any tips?

Mainly what I am wondering, b/c I worked in a grocery store as a bag boy when I was younger. What are some of the things I will have to do?

Just don't cut your fingers off.  I worked at a grocery store for a while and it seemed like the meat dept. was always losing a digit.

You are probably going to have to learn to pack meat in their yellow cases and serve customers meat and sell.
