I accidently took a shower with my contacts in and realized I had them in when water got in my eye. I jumped out the shower and took my contacts out and rubbed them for a minute in my multi-purpose cleaner. Do you think that is enough?

  3. store them in the solution for a few hours.

  4. yeah thats enough......=D

  5. I always shower with mine in.  I don't understand what the issue is.

  6. Leaving 'em in some solution overnight should be enough. That should kill anything that was in water, but, before you put them in again, you should clean them again really well, just to be safe.

If you're worried enough about it, or if you notice any discomfort the next time you put them in, you could just throw 'em out and get a new pair.

  7. I shower with my contacts in sometimes when I forget, it doesn't really matter as long as you don't rub your eyes and they go to th eback of your eye :)
