  1. No, it is not. Asprin is extremely hard to overdose on.

    Asprin only attaches to prostaglandins and thromboxanes. That means it attaches to the chemicals that transfer pain signals in the spine, but it also block the chemical that produces your stomach lining. It can only cause ulcers in long term use, after the stomach lining has become too thin. It will float around your body until it either is used or will break down into salicylic acid in a few hours.  


  2. Yes it is. Drink lots of Maalox to neutralize the acetylsalicylic acid which will cause stomach problems. Drink lots of water. Hope you're not on coumadin, if so, get to a Dr asap.

  5. Yeah - that's 10 times the recommended dose.  That can cause gastrointestinal bleeding, stomach ulcers, and prevent your blood from clotting properly for the next 7 - 10 days.
