  1. try going holistic/herbal. i take L-theanine when i feel like c**p and am crabby. it works great, makes you feel kinda relaxed and *ok* with most everything. its an amino acid and has no side effects with common meds. there are many many others. you can talk to a nutritionist at a local health food/supplement store. the thing about naturals is it actually helps the problem without creating more problems, like more than most pharmeseuticals end up doing. best of all no actual addiction risks. if you know you have that threat...then you know why you took your roomate's meds. if you really dont want to become a drug addict, use your self control, and physically and mentally don't do it. 5 years from now problems that you have at this time, will seem silly. think about the future, not the present, the present will be over by tomorrow.

  2. cymbaltas was pointless. its an antidepressent and it would take a couple weeks of daily use for it to work.

as for the clonazepam, it willl just relax you and slow your thoughts and anxieties. if you are stressed out like this you may want to consider getting your own clonazepam. however you said your family has a history of drug addiction and benzos are definetly bad news in terms of withdrawal. so if you do take it take in no more than once a week.

but like i said you should probably talk to a doctor about obtaining a prescription.

  3. First rule of thumb.  Never take someone else's meds.  If you feel like garbage --take a tylenol and a nap---works great--i've been doing that for years!  If you are sad and lonely --go do something fun and good for yourself!  Clonazepam is for panic attacks and seizures---and Cymbalta is anti-depressant med....serious stuff girlie!  You don't need to be filled with meds to feel good--geez--find something else that fulfills you--so you won't become a zombie!
