I just took zyrtec-D and now i feel really drowsy =[ help?

is there anything i can do?? cuz im so tired i can barely type lol

ive been sleeping the whole day!! im never taking that medicine again =[,, but is there anything i can do 2 wake myself up??or how long will it take me 2 feel better again?
