  1. When I was 15, 9 years ago, I was able to take drivers ed here in Texas right after I turned 15, which got me my learner's permit. The way it was here, you had to be 15 and 1/2 to take driver's ed at school, but if you were willing to pay, you could take it from a private instruction place as soon as you turned 15 and be done with it before any of your friends even get started. I am not sure about California though

  2. Each state has its own driver rules. Check with your DMV dept for details to your question. Get it right. You will have to take a written test, get photographed, finger printed, and a driver's test to qualify. Study the driver manual (which is free) at the DMV or on line in your local.

    Spartawo...

  3. try this http://www.dmv.ca.gov/dl/checklists/perm...

  4. in cali the best thing to do is steal a car and drive to a better state

  5. you should get the California State Drivers Guide and study off of it.

And when you reach around 15 1/2 years old, take the test and see if you pass it. and then your off to the drivers school.

i am not sure how the process works or whats its about but thats the only thing i can give you

  6. Start reading the D.M.V. book until you can answer every question with out a problem!

  7. lol there is no such website that tells you what to do at any age. But now you are 15 just study for the SATs and of course your driving thing in high school you will have tons of work to do(essays and such) and you won't have much time to sleep(if you know what I mean) and study other things. How would I know?lol I am still 14 and will be 15 in the month of Aug....When I go back to school I will have to take calculus,ap chem, honors s.s., and many other classes...right now it is summer for me, and I will have to study for the SAT....so later on I can be prepare in junior year....So my best advice I can truthfully give you is if you have time, go study for your driving...I know I am random....sorry
