I just turned 15 and im into weightlifting so is it okay for me to take creatine monohydrate at this age?

im wondering because most poeple taht take creatin are either in late teens-mid 30s.

  1. Well Im 14.. do the same thing and am interested in it to.. i know people that take it and they are ripped! but ive looked around.. it seems healthy but they say that they dont know about the long-term effects... so it kind of makes me nervous

  3. i am a amateur bodybuilder and took creatine monohydrate since is was 13 and it is completely organic and healthy as it helps speed up your recovery post workout and is found in all meat and fish.

    the only slight worry is that if you exceed 8 grams a day after your loading phase it can **** up ya joints.

    there is no evidence to support the fact that creatine when taken in normal doses has any negative side effects
