  1. You have gotta do EVERYTHING. gum, patches, throw all ur cigarettes out. Smoking is UNHEALTHY. ECSPECIALLY WHEN U START YOUNG. i know its hard but tell ur parents. they will be there with u. u need to have someone who cares helping u threw this. they will help u stop. i know its reallly hard but you have to stop this. u have got to do EVERYTHING IN UR POWER TO STOP THIS. i am not just saying this to get points. kids now days need to stop smoking. it is really unhealthy and is one of the WORST things to do to ur body. PLEASE take care of ur body and stop.

    Update:

You should tell your parents to stop buying you them. What kind of a parent buys their kids cigarettes anyway. I dont care if you report me or whatever but a parent that buys you cigs is just stupid. they should be getting you gum and patches not cigarettes. i mean come on. they are basically handing you your death themselves. Look you have got to stop this. I know i came off a little hard earlier but you have to work at this. when your dumb *** parents try to buy you more cigs just say no. DUH. throw all of it away. dont let them get you anymore. want kind of parent wants to get there kid cigs. dumb asses. okay, just stop smoking throw it all away. dont go anywhere that has cigs. i know it feels good, but it wont feel good dieing  twenty years before u were supposed too. Sorry for the language. I just have strong opinions. it doesnt mean i am right.

  2. i know it's hard but tell your parents/guardians. They will help you. Be honest and say you really want to quit.

Edit: Okay, then tell them to start buying cigarrettes. Like the other person said, try a different habit like gum.

  3. And ?

  4. Idiot...

  5. Make new friends that don't smoke or stay away from the people that are giving you cigarettes

  6. OK, the first thing to keep in mind is that no 15-year-old has ever died from smoking. It takes years and thousands of cigarettes to get cancer. That isn't to discourage you from stopping -- damage is cumulative and it's easy to get into a really bad habit that lasts for years -- but to set your mind at ease.

What you can do depends in part on how much you smoke. The first thing I'd do is try going cold turkey -- just throwing everything away and going without. Some people can get by with that, and the fact that you started only four months ago makes it more likely that you're one of them. Choose a quiet time to stop, when you're on vacation, not under stress, can chill at the beach.

If that doesn't work, see your doctor. Depending on how much you stop, he may be able to prescribe a stop smoking med for you. It's harder with kids because for some reason some meds that work for adults don't work for kids, so you really want a doctor's advice.

Another possibility would be to get some of the Commit nicotine lozenges at a drugstore. You just suck on them in place of cigarettes, making sure to follow the schedule because they take about 20 mins to get the nicotine in your system while cigs are much faster. Tastes bad the first day, but the taste goes away. If you keep at it, you'll find that you're better and better able to go without cigs. Also useful at school where you can't smoke. Eventually, you can taper off the lozenges. Or you can just keep using them, they don't cause cancer and they give you the same nice buzz as smoking and chewing. I used them for several years and the main disadvantage was that sometimes I'd forget and chew them and get heartburn.

  7. You have to choose one out of two. Either u've to quit smoking or else u've to enjoy ur smoking thinking that i gonna die atlest one day in future. Smoking at 15 is not a good idea. Know that smoking has got nothing to do with ur future achievemnt so better make up ur mind to quit it. Good luck

  8. There are some clubs you can go to that will help you to stop smoking, I'm not sure about prices though. There is always them patches or the gum or something...

Do you live in the UK? If you do, you could get help from the NHS. They have a good system for helping people to stop smoking.

  9. Seriously four months is nothing compared to doing it for five years. What you can do is just stop paying other people to buy you cigarettes and stop hanging out with your friends who smoke until you finally are able to kick the habit.

If that doesn't work... chain smoke until you are sick as ****. Sometimes that works... I still can't pick up a newport with out gagging.

    Update:

Oh your parents buy them huh? Ask them if they love you... which they will probably say they do and when they do tell them that if it were true they wouldn't be signing your death warrant. Tell them you want to quit smoking.
