I just urinated and food came out with my pee is this normal? It was just a piece of vegetable that i had ate?

This has never happened to my so im kind of confused why food came through my p***s....is this normal/safe/why did it happen...

Are you positive it is food? I think there is a much better chance you had a kidney stone and it just passed. If you haven't already flushed it, they can analyze something like that at your doctors office just to be sure.

No that is not normal you should call your doctor something is going on with you. Food should never come from there

I don't think that's at all possible. Do you think maybe you dropped the carrot like off of your shirt? A carrot couldn't get into your urinary tract.
