I just used spybot to scan and i selected "fix selected problems", and it "fixed" it, but...?

when i did the scan again, the SAME problems showed up... what is wrong??? can you help me??? what should i do to get rid of whatever it is???

Use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php - it works much better than Spybot and removes viruses or trojans on your system.

I would seriously consider re-installing windows and formatting the hard drive. this will give your computer a clean slate to work with. eliminating all the little problem bits that have 'worked their way into the computer' and taken a hold.

you will need to however get all your saved data and files off that you need. anything else that you dont need or dont mind losing then dont worry about taking a backup copy of it and it will be erased with everything else.
