My fiance would like to come to marry me in the Phils in a rush! Couldnt wait any longer cos we love each other so much. Can he get Entry Visa upon Arrival in the airport from the immigration people? He has the requirements already with him. Cos if he takes it from where he is now, itll take 10 -14 days apparently so. What if he just turns up to Cebu airport and apply there himself from the said authority? Thanks.

  1. No, he needs to get it in advance of his arrival.  If he just "turns up" in Manila or Cebu at the airport, without a visa, the BI will take him into custody and process him for deportation.  They'll also fine the airline that brought him to the Philippines.
