You could try cash lagoon.

I have used it for a while now all you do is fill in a few information pages on different sites or complete surveys and they pay you with points(1 point =1USD). Anywhere from 0.05-30.00 points per add. Then once you have at least 5 points you go to the prize page and pick how many points you want to exchange for cash into your paypal account.

I suggest making a fake email account so when you sign up for these things you are not bombarded with spam.

Depending on where you live you might be limited to the amount of offers you can do. I know the USA has a lot but in Canada or the UK it's rather limited but still good.
