For export  business  you have to complete all the  process as  any  other  business needs and  after  that  you  have to get  export promotion council approval. additionaly but  main  thing  is  is  you  have  to register your  firm  with the  local  office  of THE MINISTRY  IF  TRADE AND COMMERCE  , the Joint Director will be the authority of  the  said  office.

ok gaurav here is the list of things you need to do..

1. Open up a company

2. Get trading licence for that company.

3. Get IEC(Importer/Exporter code) There is one of its offices are in delhi. Alternatively you can ask any CA to help out with this.

4. You need to fill up VAT or any other kind of taxes that'll apply on your product.
