Question:

I just went from a c**p $10 skateboard to a great quality $80 one. What will I have to get used to?

Yeh, Stuff like, increased speed(found that out the hard way,) Turning difficulties, anything like that. My old board was bought for 10 bucks, and didn't even have grip tape. That's what I'm used to, so what should I look out for?

  1. first loosen up your trucks even if you don't like them like then after about 4 or 5 days tighten them to your desire this will break in your bushings. you will have more control only have to push with about half the effort and your new board probably has a bigger curve.


  2. you probably won't fall as much.

    your overall skating experience will be better i guarantee you.
