I just went to the best football game yesterday. ?

It was 57-0 before halftime even started. It was big school against big school to. Have you guys ever seen a blow out like that.

I can honestly say, that this here sir aint reckoned I've seen any kind of accumlative scoring outcome such as that.  wooooweeee! boy oh boy!

i was in a game that we were winning 49-0 before the first quarter was over and the final was 64-7 with our 2 and 3 string players playing for over 3 quarters

I'll never forget this one:

   USC vs. Notre Dame, Nov. 30, 1974

Notre Dame had a 24-0 lead just a minute before the end of the first half.  USC scored just before halftime (and missed the conversion) to make the score 24-6 at the half.  

Coach McKay is quoted as having said during halftime something like "Gentlemen, if you block like you should, Anthony Davis will carry the second-half kickoff back for a score, and we'll go on from there.  Let's go!!"  USC's Anthony Davis took the second half kickoff 102 yards for a touchdown, and the comeback was on.  The Trojans scored 55 unanswered points in only 17 minutes!!!  The Trojans won the game 55-24.

My high school's varsity team beat another big school 54-0 at last years homecoming. Nothing like that though.

I don't know why you would call that the "best" football game.

It would be pretty boring to me.

A game I would consider in the "best" catagory would be a close game that came right down to the end and won on a final play or even better in overtime.

Blowouts just bore the heck out of me.
