  1. get homeschooling materials and hit them hard.

  2. You can sign up online for highschool. It's called virtual highschool, both of my friends are in it and it's really good!!!! try it!

  3. Celebrate the fact that you're no longer part of the liberal, federal, socialist school system.

  4. Here's an article about getting started with homeschooling. You will need to check out your states homeschool laws and decide if you are going to enroll in a virtual school or homeschool privately. http://canihomeschool.blogspot.com/

    Best of Luck!

  5. Which part of OK are you in, and how old are you?  I'm in OK as well, and would be happy to advise you as to groups, places to get curriculum, etc.

Edit - please feel free to email me with any other questions :)  I'm happy to help.

  6. Consider cyber school, which is publicly-funded school via computer & internet. With a cyber school, they set everything up for you & send you books.  Many of them also provide a computer & give you money toward internet access. There are a number of cyber schools available.  Two I know of are Connections Academy & K12.  They may or may not be available in your state.

You can also search the internet for "cyber schools" for more options.

Cyber schools are not as flexible as true homeschooling, but depending on your reasons for avoiding traditional schools, it may be a good option for you.

  7. Someone should be administering your curriculum, like a parent. You're not homeschooling yourself are you? You need to fulfill all of your academic requirements so I would contact your school and ask them what they need you to complete within the year. You can usually graduate earlier than your class if you homeschool but you need to make sure you do everything thats required. I don't know your reasons for homeschooling but I think going to school is a much better experience all around. You might be missing out on some important social-skills building time.
