I just woke up after having a dream of some one breaking in my house What this mean?

Last night, I was dreaming I was asleep in my house in bed. It was dark and lights were off through out the house. I was woken up by a noise of some one in the kitchen going through my draws. I listened for few seconds and heard them going through my drawers, through my personal paperwork (for I heard the rustling of papers) and for a second, I thought it was my brother, maybe looking for some of his stuff. So I called out his name. No response. I did so again. Then all went quiet and still.. Then I thought it may not be my brother... thats when I woke up. and no, this was not happening in real life.

Now the dream puzzled me for a few seconds, then my 1st impression was this. Some one is going through my life, or collecting information on me for some purpose. Perhaps watching me for some reason without my knowledge. What is your take on this?

I think this means you are feeling a bit insecure and dont trust somebody close to you...

That's a pretty good theory.  Make sure your private stuff stays private.

Here's another very likely take:

Someone is messing with your mind, shuffling through your ideas, taking advantage of your talents, maybe finding a way to use you to forward their agenda.  

If you have any "car" dreams any time soon, take notice of who is driving and how the ride is going.

Dreams are rarely prophetic for most people, they are usually indicative of struggles in your life...  its as if your brain is letting off steam you may not even know of... subconciously (sp ik).

Dont place too much stock in this, but you may be telling yourself that you feel violated in your life - like someone is not respecting your privacy or they are getting too close
