I just wrote this for fun?

Hey!

So I just wrote this for fun and was wondering, what you think of it. No rude comments please = ]

"What a brave and courageous dragon you are!" I exclaimed. A moment ago, I was struggling to pull myself over the edge of the cliff where down below, lie a trench of fiery lava. The heroic tail had swooped down, wrapped itself around me and pulled me up, placing me softly on the ground. After his brave and valiant deed, he stopped and washed his sore, bleeding paw thoroughly. I examined the damage and frowned. This wild beast had risked his life for me, with no denial!

"Child, are you alright?" came its deep voice.

I nodded.

"Are you hungry, thirsty?"

I shook my head.

"Very well, at least help yourself to a patch of grass, it's deliciously appetizing."

I bit my lip softly, and answered politely, "No thank you."

That sounds really good. You should write a book.

And I know you are not planning on writing a book, or anything- the only suggestion I would have would be to explain how his paw got hurt. I mean, you made it clear that it was when he was helping you, just not how.
