I keep dreaming about someone I really care about?

So I keep having dreams that my brother and one of my best guy friends are in trouble something is going to happen to them!

I cant sleep I wake up woirred bout them!

Everytime the are either in the hospital or they past away!

Why is this happening?

  1. Are they doing things they shouldn't be?  If so, you are anticipating their getting caught or their behavior literally catching up with them.  You care for their safety, but all you can do is advise, they have to have the brains to know right from wrong.
