i keep having dreams about him. i had a dream about him & his ex, he invited me over to his house. she was there and they were going to get married but he wanted to see if his feelings for me were going to stop the marriage so he invited me into his bedroom - totally not how he acted & out of character then i went in next thing i know im brawling w. the ex gf ripping her hair out. seriously crazy right?

then last night i had a dream him & i were kissing. why cant i get this guy out of my head? i haven't dated a nicer guy since him, he did turn out to be a selfish jerk in the end but he was so great at first. seriously why do i keep dreaming about him its making me nuts? maybe im still not over him :-( or just not sure i'll find a guy who treated me as nice as he did.

  1. It seems you haven,t got over him..If you are still thinking about him so deeply after two years .

Have you thought that he might be thinking/dreaming of you?

  2. It's normal to reflect back on our lives and the people who have come into our lives.  The knowledge of him getting married or being close to another girl has created some curiosity and perhaps a little sorrow in you.   I think it's the minds' way of saying good bye to the past.

  3. maybe u occasionally do miss him but u dont want to admit it so ur dream does it :)

  4. Yeah, it's normal. It's not about him but about something unresolved in you - something he gave you (until he didn't give it to you anymore) that you still want - love, affection, understanding, a feeling that someone "gets" you. Listen, my husband was killed several years ago and I used to dream that he LEFT me - which is awful, especially as we had a great relationship. Well obviously he didn't choose to leave me but I was left without something - a loving supportive relationship. I've had to work mighty hard to substitute for that with friends and family (and my dog) but it's starting to work and not only do I feel better about my circumstances but I have those dreams less. When I DO have them, I try to figure out what I need that I'm not getting, then I try to go out and get it.  Hang in there, you're normal and getting in touch with your needs!

  5. this same thing has been happening to me too. Over and over again. I've searched for the meaning and if I'm trying to tell myself something and I have yet to find anything.

  6. I do this too. I like to think it is normal. Our past in our memory so I guess it creeps into our dreams sometimes. I always wonder if the dreams are trying to tell me something though...
