I keep dreaming alot and dont have good sleep...Help

and It also takes me sooo long to go 2 sleep i dont know why...like 3 hours or so...and I keep dreming...alot latley...and I dont have good sleep...When I wake up I dont feel fresh...I still feel tired...

  1. the main reason is your day n nyte rythm is changed..if u are a school or college guy,u might have come across studyin overnyt 4 xams..or chattin..or if u are a workin guy any emotional disturbances..dreamin doesn mean that u r not good..dont dream the past..or future...dream the present..thats y today s called as "present" means "gift".don take any medications. RUMINATING BITTER PAST AND SCARING FOR THE UNSECURED FUTURE is the main disturbance of sleep..leav urself free and happy..day dreamin s not good..sleep s the basis of memory..as am the medical student..i kno the delayed effects of sleep...hope u are a bit free now

  3. I have the same problem every now and then (specially now during break -.-) You might be stressed, or you might have a sleep disorder (do you snore or move around a lot or anything like that?) Are there any other symptoms besides feeling tired after sleep? What are your dreams about, can you remember? Are they nightmares are just lots of dreams?

  4. Go to bed earlier, like at 11 or so and take melatonin or L-tryptophan, they induce drowsiness.  

    It sounds like you're not sleeping enough hours in the night.  REM sleep is what is giving you the rest you need to feel refreshed and not tired (you're having REM, but just not enough).  REM is also responsible for the dreams you've been having.

    You could also try Ambien, or Rosarum, they're supposed to help you sleep and regulate your circadium rhythm

  5. take some sleeping pills.
