I keep dreaming of my ex! why?

why do i keep seeing his face in my dreams? this has been happening for about a week now...i had a major one with him in it where i saw him at a grociery store and went to give him a hug but and as i was giving it to him he pushed me away andwent looking for his now girlfriend...but my other dreams now i have only seen him, but not actaully had a conversation with him...why do i keep dreaming of him? i dont want to anymore!

Well dear. You say you were giving him a hug but before that he pushed you. This means that even if you say you don't want nothing to do with him, it maybe the opposite of it. In other dreams you only see him because maybe we might want to get you back in a bad way somehow when your alone with him.

If you don't want to dream about him, i suggest to tire your self real good before you go to bed or get a lemon and make a cup of lemonade without sugar and drink before going to bed.
