  1. are you lifting your hip?

  2. maybe u stop spotting...sometimes i do that and i cant get around....if thats the case just wip ur head around...arms help a ton...squeeze ur abs and ur butt hard...

    good luck:)

  3. Good luck!! Fouettes are a hard thing to master and very frustrating!! Don't give up and use the following pointers:

-Stay tall, pull up from head

    -Always spot something

    -"Suck in" your butt

    -Being tense actually helps

    -PRACTICE

  4. just think of really pulling up and since your slowing down maybe your not using your arms? They are there to help you pull each turn in.; tighten up your abs and arms!

  5. it can be a mental thing. if you fall out a few times then each time you try, you end up repeating in the same thing over and over again. try thinking in a different way. if you can do 6 in a row, then you can do 20 in a row. so just believe in yourself...change your way of thinking.

  6. its probably because your slowly losing your spot its got to be right on the whole time and make sure to use your arms, arms are a huge key to doing turns i think they really help.
