I keep getting a phone call from some odd number.?

they keep calling and hanging up.

and i cant call it back.

Ok, block the number. There has to be some sort of setting in your phone to do that.

If you can't block it, and they keep on calling you, try informing your service provider or the police.

call your provider and report it. tell them you want that number blocked or you'll be forced to switch to a provider that meets your needs.
