I keep getting a pop up bubble from the systems tray trying to change my settings how do i get this to stop?

Default search change attempt blocked and Search settings change notification bubbles from the systems tray. How do I get these to stop

the first answerer is correct, if you really want to stop 99%+ of this stuff from happening get kaspersky 7. or greater. that is what i use and i go into strange places.....good luck
