I keep getting an automated phone call....?

I keep getting an automated phone call like this

"hello this is heather at account services"

I'd like info in this company because I'm on the do-not call list and they refuse to remove me from there lists and hang up anytime I try to enquirer on any company info or ask to be removed

Isn't there a contact number on the Do-Not-Call website for them to investigate? (I keep getting those calls too.) And what's with the telemarketing calls on the cell phone?!? We have minutes!
