I keep getting an error?

I keep getting this error on my 360 when I try to update information. It says I need to put a valid age, month and day and I do so, but the error keeps coming back. How can I fix this or what could the problem be?

After u click on the age, etc..the number will b in a grey colored box..left click over to the side of this box (not IN the box), the box will turn to white. Now u can go on to the next line (month/year,etc.) after ur done, click on Save at the very bottom of the page. If this doesn't work most likely it's just a glitch. Yahoo! Is working on a brand new profile page that will replace our 360's sometime this year  so, unfortunately they r no longer fixing the problems that come up on our pages.
