I keep getting email from geocities and have asked to be removed and have bocked domains and still get emails?

I would like to know if there is anyway that I can stop this person from emailing me thier junk email. Everytime I block them they just change the domain and send it again. It is always the came webpage and the same site to be removed so I know it is the same company. Any help would be wonderfull

Don't open the emails and especially don't reply with a request to be removed from their list. By replying, it shows them that your email address is valid and they will spam you even more. Other than reporting as spam, there is nothing else you can do.

I don't think so.  Sorry.  I had the same problem with a company spamming my web site guestbook.  Their ads never got posted because their ads always went to Pending and I deleted them, but it nearly drove me crazy.  I am now having a problem with someone who has stollen my web site email address and either sold it or given it to a large group of people.  Nothing I can do about it.  Be patient and they will go away sooner or later.
