  1. Anytime someone sends YOU an email like this it is to be considered SPAM and should be deleted immediately.


  2. DEFINITELY a scam.  Don't give these people any personal information or they'll steal your identity and rob you blind.

  3. If you are interested in federal grants, it is probably best to take a grant writing course. If you want to get that grant book that Matthew Lesko sells on tv, I've seen it at my local library. I didn't have much success with it, though.
