I keep getting extremely painful tooth ache at the back left side of my mouth..?

It's killing me and it's been going on for a while now.

What could be wrong?

I'm 16 years old and male if that's any help?

I tried to sooth the pain with ice but it only made it worse. What can I do?

Sounds like your wisdom teeth are starting to come in.  Go to your dentist asap to get xrays and see if that is or if there is something else going on.  Tooth pain sucks.

likely cavity gone so deep it is affecting the nerve or root.

I suggest you see your dentist. You might need root canal or tooth extraction.

And you're certainly not joking about it killing you. It can literally kill you if it develops into an abscess. Get it sorted!

most likely wisdom teeth!! it sucks, take ibuprofen, its about the only thing that works!

A cavity? or the root is infected. Go see your dentist.

It is bad so what are you keeping it in your mouth & it is hearting you do you like pain?
