I keep getting heavy deep sighs for no reason and theres nothing borthering me whats this suppose mean?

  1. If you find yourself compelled to constantly take very deep, slow breaths, you should see a doctor; this is a sign of metabolic acidosis.  If you are diabetic, you should definitely see a doctor if you have this sign.

    If you just sigh a lot from time to time, that's psychological.  If you have no other symptoms, it's probably nothing to worry about.


  2. Boredom...

    Or you could be out of breath...when you sigh, you take a deeeep breath.
