I keep getting pains in my stomach and things going through my head that im going to die?

then my breathing gets harder and my arm starts to hurt ? whats wrong with me :(?

there could be many reasons for the stomach aches. The heavy breathing is probably the results of you panicing. Try to relax. Take some Motrin for the pain. If it persist, then contact your doctor. You are not going to die.

Sounds like either a panic or anxiety attack it's easily treated. When you get the stomach pains just remember that nothing happened any other time so your not going to die this time either and it will go away.

Of course go and see your g.p aswell

sounds like stress and a panic attack.

tell a doctor about your symtoms and try not to worry.if it was anything serious,you would not be sitting there now at your computer.

panic attacks come from some sort of fear or stress ,get some help and get to the root of it.

More than likley your suffering from panic attacks brought on by your anxiety. Just remember to relax, and take slow deep breaths through your hands, or a paper bag.

Failing that see a doctor if you are that worried and he/she should be able to put your mind at rest,

Advise for future maybe think about taking up some form of meditation like yoga/ thai chi etc.. this will enable you to relax better.

I know this might sound weird but perhaps you are going through mental trauma or stress. Freud believed mental stress could translate to the body and cause body pain that seemed to have no source.

If you aren't, maybe you should go to your doctor. I know stomach pains can be caused by appendicitis.  If you feel very intense pain in your stomach go to the dr. immediately.
