I keep getting palpatations...?

and everytime i get one i am scared of it happening again and it will, and it's been doing it alot becuz i have been really stressed out and depressed about it... i am going to get it looked at, but i cant until october cuz that's when i get insurance... will i be ok???? i am really scared.... is this common? i also have anxiety and anemia.

Perhaps you need magnesium.  There is plenty of magnesium in nuts.
