I keep getting phone calls from a Scottish company called bpo, can anyone tell me who they are?

They're looking for a former resident of my house, and won't tell me anything more than the name of their company. i don't feel comfortable giving them the contact details of the former resident until i know who they are and what they want. Does anyone have more info, all i have is the name BPO, and the scottish accents !

Maybe its like a number just to bug you i get phone calls from Italy and Canada just asking you stuff, its probably tollfree unless you have family over there its could possibly be them
