if they are not blocking there number, then you can do a reverse search on any of the online directories like http://superpages.com

I would suggest blocking private callers by dialing *77 (*87 to disable this feature)

if you want to put a trace on the last call you just got you have to dial *57 before another call comes in, there may be charges associated with the call trace feature, and the information is used only for law enforcement and not released to you.. for more info on call trace call 1-866-trace-4-u

No, well it depends.  If you add the digits #67, that means its a restricted number.  But I would call that number regulary and see what you can get.  Depending if you have caller id. or anything like that I would recomend it as well.
