I keep getting these random?

pangs of pain in different spots in the left side of my head. it's not constantly but it hurts so bad when they come around. i had them yesterday night and now i'm having them again. they're sharp pains. what can it be?

possibly migraines. a headache is usually an indication that something else is wrong with you. regardless, go to the doctor. listen to your body

Are you sensitive to light also because you could have a migraine problem. Do migraines run in your family? Make an appointment with your family doctor just to make sure that it is nothing serious. Better to be safe then sorry.

If it is migraines your doctor can prescribe the proper medication for you :)

i get them 2 but im only 14 so i find it funny

and its probably cos i crack my neck

If in doubt go to a doctor.  If its something serious which I certainly hope its not then you dont want to delay.  Hope that doesnt freak you out.
