I keep getting these really weird feelings...?

I can be doing anything...watching TV, on the computer, in school, when I get this weird flash of desire for something, or sickness. Could be any emotion. I've been getting these more and more lately and it's driving me crazy...I always try to figure out what that feeling was but it went by so quick, I can't remember. It sometimes gets me to the point of frustration, so I have to go back to whatever I was doing to see if it'll happen again.

What the h**l is wrong with me?

  1. You are sleepy. Go to sleep then.

  2. Hi! Well, to answer your question, I also have these freaky flashes, mostly when I'm angry. It might just be something everyone has sometimes, or it might not be. I think if it stick's with you for another day, go and ask a phyciatrist for mental status. Don't worry, it won't kill you, (It didn't kill me) Hope I answered yor question.

  3. quit worrying so much about everyhting

  4. It sounds like you are getting flashes of what is in your subconscious. That is where your dreams take place. But do not worry. You are here to be tranquil and happy. See what psychologists have learned about being happy.

  5. I experience the same desires, but have directly related it to inactivity, physical, that is.  But it depends, if you smoke, drink coffee, adult beverages ...sodie pop..... poor diet, etc.    Caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, sugar....Wow.  Not good for the grey matter in the long run.  It may also just be boredom or the mundane routine of your life, although, it may be a minor stress disorder caused by compartmentalizing a series of small(or large) but important events, tasks, goals and dreams that seem out of reach...when these desires occur do you hop to feet as if to try and find the source? Then ask yourself "What the heck are ya doin?"....been there.I'm no MD or the like. but I know my body and mind, well enough to realize when it's not firing on all cylinders.....sounds like you may need a occasional boost of endorphins....strenuous exercise, intense laughter, .....um sexual activity with or without a partner, may even need a close friend to be around more often.  Really hope this helps...seem like a real genuine person that's not afraid to admit to a thing most would keep to themselves....I think that's the best start to solving any psychological anomaly.

  7. Jessica!

I really don't think that you have anything to worry about. We all have these things happen to us. But if for your own peace of mind see a counselor and try to sort these feelings out. I think that you will be happy that you did in the long run. Good Luck and God Bless!

  8. Hm...sounds okay to me if everyone else has it! You're gonna have to take advice from the other answerers, because the other answerers know what they're talking about! Sorry I wasn't able to help!

  9. I get these all the time. Occasionally I'll suddenly feel really happy and get the feeling I am looking forward to something, I get this craving for it and as soon as I think about it it goes away. I also get the same in an inverse fashion, sometimes I'll start feeling awful and anxious for no reason.

Sorry I can't do anything but relate >,<
