I keep getting tired easily!?

I've been practicing breakdancing for about 2 months now, I havent gotten much better, probably cause of the fact I'm not as serious about it as my friends. But when I do get serious about it. I cannot last very long. Do you know exercises I can do to possibly increase my stamina/endurance?

  1. You need to do some sort of activity like running or swimming or even dancing to increase your stamina. Just do that for as long as possible and you will get tired slower.
