I keep having a weird headache?

it's in the left top side of my head. a little passed the hairline if you draw a line from the middle of your eyebrow up. why is that?

I can't tell you why but I know the most common source of headaches is dehydration, next time it happens I would drink a big glass of slightly colder then room temp. water and see if it helps, it should relieve your headache within a few mins.

Its deffo a migrane.

Cut out fatty foods and eat healthily.

Don't get migraine tablets cos they make it worse.

I am the queen of headaches!  I've had headaches all my life, and have been told it's due to my bad posture, but I find it difficult to force myself to stay upright all day long...I've even tried posture support, but it doesn't seem to help my posture or my headaches...

I don't know what could be causing yours...maybe you think too much.
